These Terms of Service govern access to Kurstarix Technologies products and services. Products offered through the Founder Program are under development, and features, availability, and release timing may change.
Customers must use the services lawfully, protect credentials, and comply with product restrictions. Fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, credential sharing, illegal use, harassment, platform misuse, unauthorized resale or sublicensing, intellectual-property violations, billing circumvention, security abuse, excessive resource misuse, or violations of applicable law may constitute a material violation.
A material violation may result in notice, an opportunity to cure when appropriate, suspension, termination, revocation of a Founder License, and permanent loss of Founder pricing. Trivial or accidental violations do not automatically revoke Founder benefits.
Kurstarix software and related intellectual property remain owned by Kurstarix Technologies and its licensors. No purchase transfers ownership of the platform. Service availability is provided subject to applicable law and the specific written agreement governing the customer account.
