What is a Founder License?
A limited license for one approved organization that provides the full Enterprise Edition at $250 per month after commercial launch, subject to the Founder terms.
How much is the preorder deposit?
The one-time preorder deposit is $200 for each selected product.
When does the $250 monthly charge begin?
Only after commercial launch, advance notice, confirmation of the billing date and terms, and a reasonable opportunity to review billing information.
What happens to the $200 deposit?
It reserves the selected Founder opportunity and supports launch preparation. It is not the first recurring subscription payment.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is nonrefundable except where required by law or if Kurstarix cancels the applicable product.
What does one organization mean?
The approved legal organization disclosed during preorder and onboarding. Related or separate entities do not automatically share the license.

Not without written administrative approval from Kurstarix.
Can I use white-label features?
Yes, only where those features are specifically provided or authorized by Kurstarix.
Can I resell the software?
No. Resale and sublicensing require a separate written agreement.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Founder pricing may be permanently lost and may not be reinstated.
Can Kurstarix revoke Founder pricing?
Yes, for material Terms violations or material unapproved scope changes, with notice or an opportunity to cure when appropriate.
Can I buy both products?
Yes, by placing a separate preorder for each product. No discounted bundle is currently offered.
Is the software finished?
No. Both platforms contain planned or developing functionality, and features and release timing may change.
What will regular Enterprise cost?
The projected price is $500 per month plus add-ons. It may change before public launch.
How does the New-Clear Leads partnership work?
It is a strategic, partnership-supported relationship working toward connected workflows. No live technical integration is currently claimed.
