The $200 Founder preorder deposit is a one-time payment for the selected product and one identified organization. It is not a recurring subscription payment and does not start the future $250 monthly subscription.
The preorder deposit is nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or if Kurstarix Technologies cancels the applicable product. If a refund is issued, the associated reservation, Founder availability claim, license, Founder number benefits, and pricing rights may be canceled. Issued Founder numbers are not ordinarily reused.
Products are under development. Features, scope, release timing, and projected pricing may change. Before recurring billing begins, Kurstarix will provide launch and billing notice, present applicable terms, and provide a reasonable opportunity to review billing information.
Chargebacks, disputes, fraud, duplicate payments, and legally required refunds will be handled according to applicable law, Stripe processes, these terms, and the relevant account record.
