The Founder License applies to one license for one purchasing organization identified during preorder and onboarding. It does not automatically apply to separate legal entities, affiliates, sister companies, unapproved subsidiaries, franchisees, clients, additional organizations, resold accounts, transferred accounts, or additional licenses.
The Founder customer pays a $200 preorder deposit. The $250 monthly Founder subscription begins only after commercial launch, advance notice, presentation of applicable terms and billing dates, and an opportunity to review billing information. The projected regular Enterprise price is $500 per month plus add-ons and may change before launch.
Founder pricing remains locked while the subscription remains continuously active, the account remains in good standing, the license remains assigned to the original approved organization, and the customer complies with these terms and the Terms of Service. Cancellation, termination, suspension for cause, or lapse may permanently end Founder pricing.
Founder pricing is based on the organization, intended use, operating structure, locations, user requirements, infrastructure needs, and implementation scope disclosed during preorder and onboarding. Excessive or material modification may require movement to a current plan, custom Enterprise plan, or custom-development agreement. Normal business growth and standard configuration changes do not automatically void Founder pricing.
Authorized white-label functionality provided or approved by Kurstarix is permitted. It does not authorize resale, sublicensing, distribution of independent platform access, removal of required notices, claims of ownership, access by unrelated organizations, or operation as an independent SaaS product. Broader arrangements require a separate written agreement.
A material Terms of Service violation may result in suspension, termination, revocation, and permanent loss of Founder pricing. Kurstarix may provide notice and an opportunity to cure when appropriate.
