Raven Real Estate OS uses a separate pricing model and does not currently offer a Founder License.
One license. One organization.
The Founder License is issued to the organization identified during preorder and onboarding. It does not automatically extend to separate legal entities, affiliates, unapproved subsidiaries, franchisees, clients, resold accounts, transferred accounts, or additional organizations.
Founder pricing duration
Founder pricing remains locked at $250 per month while the subscription stays continuously active, the account remains in good standing, the license stays assigned to the original approved organization, and the customer complies with the Terms of Service and Founder License Terms. A cancellation, lapse, or termination for cause may permanently end Founder pricing.
Founder pricing is based on the organization, intended use, operating structure, locations, users, infrastructure, and implementation scope disclosed during preorder and onboarding. Excessive or material modification of that scope may void the Founder offer. Normal business growth and standard configuration changes do not automatically void it.
Material violations
A material Terms of Service violation may result in suspension, termination, license revocation, and permanent loss of Founder benefits. Kurstarix may provide notice and an opportunity to cure when appropriate; trivial or accidental violations do not automatically revoke Founder pricing.
Authorized white-label use
White-label functionality is permitted only where Kurstarix specifically provides or authorizes it. It does not authorize resale, sublicensing, independent SaaS operation, removal of required notices, or access by unrelated organizations.
